Megil Patterson
Megil Patterson is originally from Queens, New York. He graduated from Drake University Law School in 2022. He holds a bachelor's degree in Humanities and Justice from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City. While at John Jay, Megil received a certificate in Dispute Resolution. During law school, Megil was on the Mock Trial team and he interned at the Polk County Attorney's Office and the Federal Public Defenders Office. Before joining the Youth Law Center, Megil worked at the Iowa Civil Rights Commission as a Civil Rights Specialist. In his spare time, Megil enjoys playing video games, collecting sneakers and hats, and watching anime.
