Shannon Wallace
Shannon Wallace is a 2001 graduate of Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, MN (now Mitchel Hamline School of Law). She holds bachelor’s degrees from Simpson College in English, Political Science, and Music Education. In a previous career, Shannon was a choir and band director. Prior to coming to the Youth Law Center, Shannon spent sixteen years as an Assistant Attorney General representing the Child Support Recovery Unit, and prior to that was an associate attorney at Ellis Law Offices in Indianola for two years. Shannon has one child, a daughter, who just graduated from Drake University. In her spare time, Shannon coaches high school mock trial at her local high school and directs her local church choir, in addition to spending time with her bichon frise Bonnie and her rescue cat Charlie.
